Founder and Managing Partner

Elliott Quinones: Elliott has 20 + years of Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain management.  Elliott has worked for numerous Fortune 500 Companies including: Black Knight Financial Services, CSX Transportation, Stein Mart, Bealls Inc., Speedcast Communications, Pulte Homes and McKesson.  Elliott has extensive experience managing all indirect categories of spend: Facilities, Marketing, Store Operations, Fuel, Utilities, Supplies, MRO and IT.  Elliott has also managed direct spend categories and goods for resale.  

 

Manny Noya

Manny has 20 + years of Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain management.  Manny has worked for numerous Fortune 500 Companies including: CSX Transportation, Medtronic and Guitar Center. Manny has extensive experience managing all indirect categories and driving ecommerce transformations.

Cathy has 20 + years of Sourcing, Procurement and Supply Chain management.  Cathy has worked for numerous Fortune 500 Companies including: Compass. Cathy has extensive experience managing all indirect categories and focuses on client engagement and supplier relationship management.

  • Strategic Sourcing

    Project 1: Our client, an IT Services company, recently partnered with HVN to negotiate software renewals for over $4M of enterprise software.  Our team has been working with stakeholders to rightsize software needs and reduce software costs on a recurring nature.  Through our sourcing process, we have driven 15% savings, eliminated unnecessary software entitlements and enhanced competition through competitive bidding!

    This approach required mutual collaboration with the client and the HVN team to ensure requirements are understood and alignment on negotiation approach.

  • Strategic Sourcing

    Project 2: Our client, a large retail customer, asked the HVN team to evaluate their waste spend with a large waste services provider.  Our team collected 12 months of invoices, ran a proprietary process to extract invoice costs and and operational pickups to identify that our clients operations were 20% wasteful.  We were able to guide them on exactly where they could make changes to their operations, how to ensure changes were sustainable and eliminated $250K of over spend from their operation.

  • Business Development

    Project 1: in 2023 we reached over 80,000 buyer prospects to educate and inform them about SpaceX's Starlink Satellite Services for Business.  Through the high velocity approach, we targeted various industries in retail, manufacturing and hospitality.  The team nurtured over 200 leads representing over $3M of purchase power and $5M of recurring revenue.  

    Our team delivered over 200K of branded touchpoints to rapidly educate customers on our client with a 30% engagement rate!

  • Business Development

    Our client, a Travel management company (TMC), partnered with our team to reach a larger, wider group of buyers to offer their services.  Through our expert teams knowledge of identifying proper buyers, understanding the requirements and needs of those newly identified buyers, we brought hundreds of new potential clients to our client for further nurturing and development. In our first 6 months, our client has won 2 new contracts for clients identified by the HVN team!

  • Digital Transformation

    Our team has been engaged by a Procurement and Sourcing organization to grow branded touch points for procurement consulting services.  The High Velocity team will reach thousands of prospects for training and continued education for Procurement Professionals, as well as educate on professional services to reduce cost and sustain the supply-base!

  • Digital Transformation

    Our client, a large retail/construction goods store, had a need for procurement operations support for Coupa.  Our team delivered 2 FTEs to help support their procurement operations and offered continuous coverage.  This enabled the client to leverage their budget for a larger team of experienced - turnkey team members.  Team was already trained in Coupa operations and simply required a 1 week customer onboarding!
